The Compact Plus Apartment with Balcony is a cosy and functional 20 m² space, designed for a comfortable stay for up to 2 guests. The studio combines a living area with a kitchenette and a private bathroom, creating a practical and comfortable space for relaxation.

Its bright and modern interior design creates a relaxing atmosphere, while the well-thought-out layout ensures comfort both for short stays and longer city breaks. An additional advantage of the apartment is the balcony, which provides the perfect spot to enjoy a moment of rest in the fresh air.

COMMON AREA
For guests traveling on business, the property also offers a public business meeting room equipped with a functional conference table, ideal for intimate meetings, business talks, or teamwork. Guests also have access to a kitchenette, which enhances comfort and allows for preparing drinks or short coffee breaks.
